Interest in the humble vintage tractor has never been so great, with more people buying and restoring old tractors than ever before, and an increasing number of events at which to showcase them every year.

Tractor is a celebration of the farm tractor and its development over a hundred years, and we'll meet owners and restorers and report from the top events -- but there's much more to it than that, as the title implies.

From seed time to harvest, from dairy to stackyard, our farming heritage is as important as the tractors themselves, and in Tractor we'll look back to the way things were on the farm between and during the great wars and through to the 1950s and 60s.

If you love the spectacle of immaculately-restored old machinery, or are fascinated by Britain’s rich industrial and transport heritage, Old Glory is the magazine for you! In vivid detail it brings back all the sights and sounds of yesteryear.

Glorious showman’s engines belt out the amperes to drive historic fairground rides; pairs of mighty steam ploughing engines turn the soil; steam rollers make up roads once more; tram wheel flanges squeal through town and city streets; colourful working narrowboats ply the canals; dray horses deliver good ale to the pubs; vintage tractors cough into life; stationary engines turn over tirelessly and the commercial vehicles we used to know take to the road again.

Old Glory is the best magazine for those who admire all aspects of British heritage culture, whilst giving fantastic detail into heritage life today.
